How do I get started?

Contact a member of the Cloud Accounting NI team today on 02895 291 365 and we will review your requirements to ensure the right solution, on the right platform for your business and also demonstrate the Cloud Accounting NI / Xero Ecosystem product.

What are the costs?

 You have 2 options:

1) Per Software Consultancy Pricing schedule.

2) All set up and support costs are waived if you decide to engage Cloud Accounting NI to supply your accountancy services Support as per our Fixed Fee Bundlles, This comes with a minimum contract term of 12 months cancellable at ay time thereafter.

How do I know which platform is right for my business?

Our quick comparison table will let you see which aspects are included in each package. Our Cloud Accounting NI consultants will review all of your key requirements to ensure the best fit for your business.

Can I add items of functionality from another package?

Yes, unlike other software providers Cloud Accounting NI offers complete flexibility with solutions, although we have industry specific solutions which work best. Any areas that you are not then going to utilise can be excluded from the product set-up and training.

I use other business applications, will Cloud Accounting NI integrate with these?

If you use other business applications please contact the Cloud Accounting NI team on 02895 291 365 and we can review your requirements further and advise on the options available to you for a Xero ecosystem solution.

Is there a minimum or maximum user number?

No. Xero and the ecosystem add-ons are the most flexible solution in the business software solutions market, and it allows you to decide on how many users you require. The Cloud Accounting NI team will ensure your user count is matched to your platform for hosted applications ensuring the most cost effective system for your needs.

What if I want to change any aspect of Xero?

Xero includes a preconfigured chart of accounts, form layouts and role centres. If you wish to change any of these aspects of the solution then this can be reviewed with our consultants and any additional time that would be required would be confirmed prior to any commitment being made.

What if my business grows and I need more functionality?

The Xero ecosystem is a scalable platform that allows you to grow as you need. Our Cloud Accounting NI consultants can review your requirements as you grow to help make the right recommendations for your business.

How do I add users if my business grows?

Adding users is simple. All you need to do is let us know when and how many users you would like to add. The Cloud Accounting NI team will then be able to advise on the cost increase for your users and arrange with your team when the new users are needed.

What about my existing data?

Within the implementation process we provide a number of Excel templates to allow you to easily import your customer, supplier and inventory data.

What type of support is offered?

You will be supported by staff training, video tutorials, community forums and online support during office hours.

What if I need additional support?

Additional support packs are available and can be quoted on request.

How is training delivered?

In order to offer the set implementation times for each Cloud Accounting NI product, training is provided both onsite and remotely depending on the topic. We will also leave you with online video tutorials which can be accessed at any time for reminder. Lastly, you can always call us - we are happy to help.

What if I need more installation time?

Cloud Accounting NI has been designed to ensure maximum use of the training and installation time. However, should you require additional time this can be purchased as needed either on an hourly, half day or daily rate.

How secure is my data and where is it hosted?

The data is hosted with Xero, whose servers are located within enterprise-grade hosting facilities. The servers are controlled by multiple layers of firewalls, intrusion protection systems and routers. These are configured, monitored and updated according to industry best practice.

Also, with Xero, your data is not stored on your computer, so if your PC, laptop or tablet gets lost or stolen, you don’t lose your data – it’s safely and securely stored online and backed up in several locations, with a two-step authentication in case your password is stolen via phishing or malware attacks.

What are the support hours?

Cloud Accounting NI telephone support is 9.00am – 5.00pm inclusive from Monday – Friday, excluding bank holidays.
