With Mindful eating you can learn to enjoy your food & drinks free of stress, feel full and satisfied and put an end to cravings.
The program will help you:

Learn to have a healthy relationship with food & drinks
Enjoy eating & drinking - guilt free
Eat & drink without counting calories
Eat & drink without looking at the fat/sugar content
2-part course: £40 total for both parts. 11am-1pm and both dates must be attended. Choose only ONE date to get your tickets.
The program includes some relaxation and a small amount of time on meditating. Handouts / work book will be provided. The program is suitable for male/female 18yrs+ and will not require any physical activities, the relaxation and meditation will be sitting. The program will not provide any nutritional or dietary advice or meal plans, the focus is on understanding what and why you eat & drink what you do and learn how to understand your eating habits and your body.**The program is not suitable for anyone who is experiencing any eating disorders and/or is receiving medical advice from any Medical Professional or Nutritional Professional**
